- 2 medium sweet potatoes diced into ½-inch cubes {~450g}
- 1 small onion finely chopped {~100g}
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 bell pepper any color, diced {~150g}
- 2 tbsp 30ml olive oil

- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Prep Vegetables
Peel and dice sweet potatoes into ½-inch cubes.
Finely chop onion and bell pepper.
Mince garlic.
Cook Aromatics
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and bell pepper; sauté 3–4 minutes until soft.
Stir in garlic; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Brown Turkey
Push veggies to one side; add remaining 1 tbsp oil.
Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Cook 5–6 minutes until no longer pink.
Combine & Simmer
Add sweet potatoes and all seasonings; mix well.
Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 12–15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Finish & Serve
Remove from heat; let rest 5 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro, avocado, and lime.
